Description
This mini series of 4 paintings were started early in 2022 and completed just days before the devastating floods that hit the Northern Rivers area. These were being completed while we were in between our move from our farm to our new home in town (Murwillumbah). Driving across the region on a daily basis moving our belongings, I was struck by the amount of water lying on the surface of the land. The creeks and rivers were swollen and great lakes had formed in the paddocks of grazing land between our old home and our new one.
