Flooded Country Series

The paintings in Flooded Country series were produced before and during the devastating floods of February 2022 in Northern Rivers.

These works depict the vast quantity of water that covered the landscape during those months and the impact on the town centres that had significance in my life. As in almost all my work painting from an aerial view, I map elements and features of significance in an abstract form.
